I have to of course thank you for your wonderful presence at the Nabi Anti-D dinner in Miami. Your story was replete with all the nuances that had just the right slice of humor, drama and insights into all of our lives. In this day and age of glibness and cynicism, your story was truly uplifting. Certainly I know you had not even vaguely planned to go in this direction, but you've taken your corner of life's experiences and so greatly magnified your calling in it.
